As a Service Coordinator, your duties would be:

  • Enter Orders/Jobs into production system, updating as directed.
  • Update the production system following production meetings relative to status, dates, shipping, and other pertinent information.
  • Assist Field Services Manager and/or Project Managers with scheduling technicians, resources, appointments, logistics for travel and maintaining itineraries as directed.
  • Customer Service support.
  • Coordinates customer billing; prepares invoices and processes in timely fashion.
  • Acknowledge and process customer PO’s as directed in collaboration with the Service Operations Specialist.
  • Coordinates material procurement and generates purchase orders. Confirms material orders and pricing meet with purchase requisitions; provides notice of any discrepancies to the Operations Manager/Operations Specialist. Orders office supplies, shipping supplies, and maintains copiers/printers.
  • Oversee the order hand-off process ensuring that customer invoicing, shipping information, and terms are entered correctly in the system.
  • Assists with Job Cost activities by tacking labor allocation, expense items and project material costs.
  • Inside sales support providing necessary information and or documentation utilizing or accessing Sales web based application.
  • Compiles branch payroll information and transmits required data into the company’s management system daily. Reviews Epicor labor reports for accuracy and resolves all discrepancies in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinates and assists Accounts Payable department with ensuring accurate posting of vendor invoices, Corporate BTA account purchases and individual expenses as requested
  • Respond to emails daily and monitor to address high priority items in a timely fashion.
  • Follows up on a regular and as needed basis with customers and field service operations on all open and unresolved issues.
  • Involved with shipping and receiving procedures to ensure support where required to meet deadlines.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with field support staff to ensure project-related needs are met.
  • Answers telephone, handles calls, route to appropriate individuals or takes messages. Ensures all callers are handled in a professional and courteous manner.


  • E-Verify electronically compares information entered on the Employment Eligibility Verification, Form I-9, with records contained in Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases. This helps employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees.
