Billing Coordinator

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Review and verify accuracy of all invoices and purchase orders
• Prepare and process billing invoices and credit memos for clients
• Ensure invoices are submitted to clients on time and in accordance with established guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of billing and invoicing activities
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and invoicing issues
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines related to billing practices

• 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting role
• Experience working with billing software and accounting systems (Deltek)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
