Power your future with Qualus as our Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer actively engages in company-wide efforts to drive the Quality culture of Qualus. They strategically align with on-going business imperatives and help facilitate data-driven decisions by leadership for continuous improvement. The primary support functions include but are not limited to: process development and improvement initiatives; incident management; document management; project/job independent assessments; and metrics collection/analysis/reporting.   • Collaborate with organization stakeholders to develop and/or improve Operations manual processes leading to a positive and measurable impact on the overall performance.
  • Maintain Quality’s vials data tools. Conduct data analysis to identify systemic issues and trends using Excel and Tableau.
  • Leverage formal education and technical knowledge to translate workflows into workable systems for end users in software such as SharePoint and 3rd party tools.
  • Work with internal developers to improve and update tools currently in use.
  • Audit data quality used to produce weekly reports related to Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and CAPAs.
  • Audit compliance to company core processes.
  • Conduct periodic assessment of key operational standard practices and provide a summary and analysis of results.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other departments to build value for the Quality Team.
  • Manage controlled document library in accordance with established procedures and continuously improve ease of access and use by employees thereby achieving company-wide efficiencies.
  • Weekly management of active Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) updates using Qualus incident tracking tool, iTrak.
  • Support Incident Analysis in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the QEIII or Quality Director; trained in principles of Advanced Error Reduction in Organizations (AERO).
  • Participate in weekly meetings and take ownership of Quarterly objectives and Weekly To-Dos , as assigned, with objective to complete on-time; be prepared to discuss and contribute to solutions for identified issues in the weekly meetings. Understand principles of EOS-Traction business operating system
  • Continue to seek to understand technical aspects of Engineering and Field Services work to facilitate value-add participation in Incident Analysis and IDRs, when required to support.
  • Provide Green Belt facilitation support for company-wide improvement initiatives.
  • Understand IEEE, ISO, and other applicable quality standards


  • MS Teams, SharePoint, Document Management, Data visualization software
  • Proven skills in communicating effectively, facilitating group processes; and technical writing
  • Demonstrated capabilities working in a transactional process environment; and ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with client and vendor
