The primary function of this role is to provide technical support for incoming requests via telephone, email, and self-service portal inquiries from all Qualus offices and those who work in the field. Under leadership of the IT Supervisor, the IT Specialist supports Qualus on-site and remote users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, performance, and operational problems in our IT infrastructure. This is a customer facing role and the individual in this position must have a service-oriented approach when working with other facets of the organization that drive our highly successful business. This position may require after-hours work as determined by needs of the business.
