Position Overview

Power your Future as A Project Service Coordinator! The Project Service Coordinator will support the engineering team by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project records, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to distill complex information into clear reports, and support RFP preparation and contract negotiations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform a variety of administrative functions and support business operations.
  • Research and analyze historical data on projects and create reports for management and clients.
  • Support the preparation of RFPs and negotiate master service agreements.
  • Set up automated folders for tracking project progress and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle confidential materials related to company operations.
  • Manage department schedules, appointments, and meeting agendas.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain documents and reports, complying with client and company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with staff and departments on special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (BS or BA) in Engineering, a technical field, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to research, analyze, and report on project data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in managing records and document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential material with discretion.
  • Interest in career growth and willingness to undergo further training in engineering disciplines.
