Business Analyst

Power Your Future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Business Analyst.

This role will support the standardization of work and drive for continuous improvement. The Team’s objective is to provide dedicated support for enterprise-wide initiatives and seek opportunities to improve operations through process excellence.

• Overall responsibility for oversight of program completion.
• Coordination of schedule with productivity targets, supporting business commitments.
• Identify risk and opportunities impacting schedule, cost, and targets.
• Provide budget and productivity forecasts.
• Issue identification and resolution.
• Review program process with program team and stakeholders.
• Provide support for data requests and analysis.

Location: Remote position with travel to Dublin, CA up to 25% of the time.

Required Skills:

• Associate's Degree
• Senior/Expert level Excel Knowledge
• Excellent communication and facilitative skills to engage with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex problems

Desired Skills:

• PowerBI knowledge
• Knowledge of Lean and Lean Visual Management
